Whether you’re a complete beginner or returning to riding after some time off, our program is designed to help you feel confident, safe, and excited about your equestrian journey.
Step 1 — Complete Our New Rider Request Form.
This helps us learn more about your riding goals, experience level, scheduling preferences, and any questions you may have before your first lesson.
Once submitted, our team will contact you with next steps and scheduling options.
Step 2 — Schedule Your Assessment Lesson
All new riders start with a private one-hour evaluation lesson. This essential first step allows us to:
- Evaluate your current skill level
- Get to know your comfort zone around horses
- Introduce you to our school horses and program
- Recommend the right lesson level
Cost: $120 (due before the evaluation lesson)
Tips for New Riders (What to Bring & How to Prepare)
To make the most of your evaluation lesson:
- Wear form-fitting clothes (nothing loose, please) and closed-toe shoes or boots
- Ask any questions! Feel free to ask about gear — such as helmets and riding boots, our horses, our lessons structure, or anything else on your mind!
Our instructors are happy to guide you on what to bring and how to prepare before each lesson.
Step 3 —Join Us For Riding Lessons!
Once your evaluation is complete and your riding level is determined, you will be able to sign up for lessons within our sessions!
