We hope everyone is enjoying Session 1 of the new year! We wanted to take a moment to update you on a change to our make-up lesson policy.
As we continue to grow and evolve as a small business, we are constantly learning and adjusting to best serve both our clients and our business needs. After much consideration, we have made the decision to discontinue our make-up lesson policy for missed lessons, effective with Session 2. While we understand that life can be unpredictable, this change will help us maintain a consistent and efficient schedule for all our riders, horses, and instructors.
We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support as we navigate changes within our business. Our goal is to ensure every lesson is as rewarding and enjoyable as possible, and we believe that returning to this original policy will help us maintain consistency within lessons and ensure that our lesson sizes and horses’ work loads remain appropriate.
